A Season Pitch in the middle of nature, yet enjoying quality and comfort? Geversduin offers all mod cons, thanks to facilities such as the heated washrooms, natural play equipment, fun activities for all ages, the entertainment team during the high season, a cosy café serving food and a supermarket offering organic produce.
The experience of nature starts on the campsite itself. There is an Experience Path, a Butterfly Garden, an Ullie Animal Trail and a children's farm.
Our campsite is situated in the North Holland Dune Reserve, a large 2000 hectares nature reserve. The area is ideal for explorations by bike or on foot.
A significant part of the campsite is reserved to accommodate the 350 available Season Pitches. Their size ranges from 70 to 100 m². With a Season Pitch at Kennemer Duincamping Geversduin you can enjoy a gorgeous camping pitch in the middle of nature all the way from late March to late October.
Our policy at Geversduin is to allow nature to go its own way and to facilitate this process where possible.
Our guests will see this approach expressed in activities with a central role for discovery of, hearing, feeling, tasting and seeing nature. We aim to stimulate all senses and invite our guests to actively join us in these experiences. You could partake in the owl excursion at sunset, when we call the owls, join us to find edible things on and around the campsite (tasting insects), learn to recognize bird sounds with experts from IVN Bird Group, go on an outing with our Ranger, identify butterflies/insects in the Butterfly Garden and the Insect Hotel, etc.
Geversduin can offer 3 different kinds of Season Pitches: Season Pitches with 16 amp electricity and car Season Pitches with 16 amp electricity without car Season Pitches with 16 amp electricity, without car, with dog
Season Pitches are available for the following camping means: tour caravans, trailer tents and tents. These may have a maximum length of 8 metres. Pets are not allowed on the campsite, except for dogs, in the dedicated areas only. Dogs must be on a lead at all times. All season campers need to have a safety certificate for their camping means. This certificate must be less than three years old. After three years, the camping means must be re-tested for safety.
